Steppin' Out Shoes reserves the right at any time to modify, alter, amend or update these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, amendments or updates.
Prices
Steppin' Out Shoes reserves the right to alter prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Payment
Steppin' Out Shoes uses Paypal a well known and secure online payment method. Once payment has been authorized we will send you a confirmation of your order by email.
However, if you do not wish to use Paypal then please call us with your requirements as we can accept major credit cards over the phone or in person.
We will notify you within 2 working days should any items ordered be out of stock.
Postage & Packaging Costs
Postage and packaging costs are specified againt each item in the on-line shop
Special Delivery (next day) available for all items on request at an additional cost - please enquire for further details.
Postage discounts will apply when you order more than one item - please enquire for further details.
Your goods will be despatched within 2 working days using Royal Mail. Packages are either sent by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending on the value and will need to be signed for therefore the customer must state a delivery address where someone will be present.
Steppin' Out Shoes is committed to giving complete customer satisfaction so if you are not 100% happy with any goods that you have ordered/purchased then we will exchange them or give you a refund provided the following steps are taken :-
Exchanges
1. Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods by telephone or email with full details of your alternative choice.
2. Return the item for exchange in its original packaging including the box unused and in a saleable condition. Any items returned with marks will not be credited and will be sent back to you
3. For items valued no more than £30 we advise you to return them by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will insure you for £30 in the event that the items are go missing or lost. For items over £30 we advise you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery as this service will cover you for higher values. Please note that we will not be held responsible for missing items returned to us and should your item go missing you will be responsible for contacting Royal Mail and issuing a claim.
Refunds
1. Notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods by telephone or email with your request for a refund.
2. Return the item for refund with the return slip provided. If you fail to comply with this request it may result in a delay with your refund.
3. Return the item for refund in its original packaging including box unused and in a saleable condition. Any items returned with marks will not be credited and will be returned to you
4. For items valued no more than £30 we advise you to return them by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will insure you for £30 in the event that the items are missing or lost. For items over £0 we advise you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery as this service will cover you for higher values.
Please allow up to 14 working days from the date we receive the goods back for your refund to be completed.
We do not reimburse any postage and packaging costs for returned/refund items.
We will not accept returns for refunds for orders that have already been exchanged once however we will offer you a credit note for the value of the goods which must be used within 6 months of issue.
We will only cover p&p costs for resending exchange items on the first occasion, for any subsequent occasions the buyer will be charged postage and packing charges.
EU Buyers - Please contact us first before placing an order to confirm additional postage charges.
International Buyers - Sorry but we do not currently ship outside the EU.
